Meet the Heart Behind Our Program
The people who care for your child matter deeply. At Noah’s Circle of Friends, our team is made up of individuals who are passionate about working with children and committed to providing a loving, structured, and faith-centered environment. We take pride in building meaningful relationships with the children in our care and partnering with families every step of the way.
❤️ Annie Flynn
Owner / Director / Teacher
I am a wife and mother of five who is deeply committed to faith, family, and children. She resides in Big Lake, Minnesota, where I have dedicated my life to serving families through education and ministry.
I have over 30 years of experience in childcare and hold both a Child Development Certificate and a Child Development Diploma. Her passion for nurturing children began early; she has been involved in children’s ministry since fifth grade and continues to serve faithfully in that capacity today.
I attend church weekly. In addition to my professional and ministry work, I have extensive experience homeschooling, giving me a well-rounded understanding of child development, education, and family dynamics.
I bring a strong foundation of experience, faith-based values, and a lifelong dedication to helping children grow socially, emotionally, spiritually, and academically.
My vision for Noah’s Circle of Friends is to create a warm, structured, and joyful environment where children grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually through play-based learning and positive relationships.

Assistant
I am a dedicated dancer and dance instructor who serves on the Noah’s Circle of Friends team. As the youngest of five children and the only daughter in the family, I bring a warm, nurturing presence and a natural ability to connect with young children.
I was homeschooled and have gained valuable work experience through my employment at Walmart and at a Christian summer camp, where I supported children in structured group activities. My background as a dancer and dance teacher allows me to contribute positively to movement-based learning, coordination, and creative expression within the preschool setting.
As the daughter of the Director and Owner, I have grown up immersed in early childhood environments and understand the importance of professionalism, safety, and positive role modeling. Currently a senior in high school, I have plans to pursue a career in dance and performance.
I am passionate about working with children and supporting their physical, social, and emotional development through age-appropriate movement and creative activities.
I offer private and group dance classes through my own business – Midnight Dance Academy. Noah’s Circle of Friends will be having me teach dance and movement classes once a week.
